Kolber is a Pennsylvania born, Kolber received her graduate diploma at the University of Miami. Her career in the field began when she was an Assistant Video Coordinator for CBS Sports, New York City. She earned a local Sports Emmy during her tenure at WTVJ-TV in Miami. She also served as an anchor for WPLG-TV Miami, and WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. She joined ESPN in 1993 and was one of the first anchors of ESPN2 when it was first established. Her employment with ESPN2 ran for three years. Then she moved to Fox Sports. Then she returned back to ESPN in 1999. She is currently the host of Monday Night Countdown.
