Ashley Graham is from Lincoln, Nebraska. She grew up with her two sisters who were younger, and often was bullied at school because of her large legs. Graham was diagnosed with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder shortly after she graduated from primary school. Despite this, Graham managed to conquer it, as did other obstacles in her early age. Graham who was just 12 years old, was found by an Nebraska talent agent who was working in the Nebraska Mall. Prior to graduating from Lincoln Southwest High School in 2005, she appeared in billboards and magazines. She had a unique physical appearance that made finding jobs difficult in the beginning. Graham was offered to be in catalogs for many years but she wasn't told that her modeling career would go beyond the simple jobs. She was fortunate to be able prove the sessions casters wrong, and she accelerated her progress. Sally Singer was the "Vogue Magazine" interviewer who gave her one of her first break-throughs in 2007. In 2009, she appeared on the "Glamour Magazine" piece "These Bodies are Beautiful at any size". Graham became a media sensation by being featured as a model in the controversial Lane Bryant ad. It was eventually removed from several markets. She even appeared as a guest on "The Tonight Show" with Jay Leno to address the topic when it spiraled beyond control. Graham rapidly gained fame, and today is considered to be among America's best model models of the plus size category. Grande started performing and singing in her teens. In 2008, she was awarded part in the Broadway play 13 which she performed in, and soon started appearing in small parts in television shows. Her role in Victorious, a Nickelodeon show on television in 2010, was her first big breakthrough. Cat Valentine is a teenager at a performing school. The sitcom ended up being cancelled at the end of 2013, she starred in a spin-off series Sam & Cat (2013-14).
